Granite Claims Solutions Acquires Allied Claims Adjusters

TORONTO, ON; August, 2011 - Granite Claims Solutions, a full-service national claims management firm, announces today the acquisition of Allied Claims Adjusters.

Allied Claims Adjusters is the third acquisition for Granite Claims Solutions over the past several months, following the recent acquisitions of Toronto-based firms Mercer Myers and Upper Canada Adjusters.  "Each acquisition is unique either from a geographical or technical expertise standpoint," says Mike Holden.  "While Granite Claims Solutions continues to increase our national presence, we ensure that each new acquisition mirrors Granite's commitment to delivering an exceptionally high level of client service," says Holden.  

The Allied team consists of principals Earl Flaman, Dave Prociuk and Phil Paskaruk and an experienced group of adjusters and support staff located in the Saskatoon office.
